terms for orders and delivery
These terms and conditions apply to transactions between Lapin Laukku Oy’s online store and consumer customers. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions.
Products are ordered in our online store by adding the desired products to the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. Please check the content and delivery details of your order before confirming your order. The order is binding when you have received an order confirmation in your email.
payment methods
Payment in our online store is made securely through domestic payment processors.
Available payment methods are:
- most common payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
- mobile payment methods (e.g. Applepay and Googlepay, Mobilepay)
Payment is charged at the time of order, unless otherwise stated.
order and payment confirmation
Once your order has been received, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once the payment has been accepted and the order has been processed, you will receive a separate payment confirmation and information about the progress of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact our customer service at [email protected].
delivery methods and costs
delivery time
We offer several delivery methods for different needs:
- Post-office (Posti) (post office pick-up point, parcel machine)
- Home delivery to selected addresses within a 15 km radius of the store (Ahjotie 12, 96320, Rovaniemi)
- Pick-up from our store (Ahjotie 12, 96320, Rovaniemi)
Delivery costs are determined by the delivery method you choose and will be announced at checkout before payment.
Products in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. The delivery time depends on the selected delivery method. If the delivery of your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you immediately.
We currently only deliver products to Finland.
return policy
You have a 14-day right of return from receipt of the product in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging and in saleable condition.
When returning, please include your order number and contact information and notify us of the return by email at [email protected].
We will send you more detailed instructions for the return by email.
Return costs:
Returns are free of charge when you return the products within 14 days of receiving the product.
We will refund the price of the returned product as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving and checking the return.
problems with the order?
If there is a defect in the product, it has been damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer service immediately.
